This is my first guest post ever and I am very excited to be here at A Holistic Journey! This is a departure from my usual subject matter, about being a 4 time breast cancer survivor. In the spirit of Christmas, I bring you the true story of a wonderful colleague who turned out to be my Guardian Angel in disguise at a time when I needed her the most.
Wonderful uplifting story. Little miracles happen every day all around us….all we need do is stop and see them.

That is very true. While we are waiting for something big and dramatic to come into our lives, we may overlook or minimize the true small miracles already happening in our lives. Thanks for that very insightful comment. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones!

I am convinced there are more good people in the world than not.

You could very likely be correct in your assumption of the true nature of the human character. I think most people have good intentions but don’t know how to put them into practise. Or they want to do good things but something holds them back at the last minute. I know since this incident happened in my life, I have been trying harder to be a good, kind, and generous person to others. Thank you for your comments! Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

It is good to know that the world does have some good kind and caring people in it. Being on the receiving end of generosity makes it all the more important to me to pay it forward. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Thank you very much! It was a big life lesson in learning to give to others as well as being grateful to receive. I really like your blog as you do actual reviews, the good and the bad. There are so many new books being released everyday that it really helps to read a comprehensive review, even if just to grow my Amazon wish list, for when I’m looking for a book to order that will be a good read.
